Note: Working Load Limit 1 (WLL1) refers to a straight pull, WLL2 to a 45° lift and WLL3 90° lift.
Have you got confidence in your lifting eye bolts? Despite being classified as lifting accessories and in accordance with DIN580:2010, inspectors of lifting eyebolts often notice that they are in fact not. They neither meet the prescribed series of technical specifications and tests set out in the DIN580:2010 standard nor do they come with the mandatory documentation which must accompany lifting eye bolts through all stages of the supply and sales chain to the end user.
TECNI has researched the market to ensure all the lifting eyebolts we supply do meet the DIN standard. The only ones we have found to do so are Italian-manufactured.
Every lifting eye bolt we supply is fully tested and certified in accordance with standard DIN 580:2010. It comes to you with certificate 3.1 EN10204, full chemical analysis, is fully traceable and bears the main information for the product's safe use (CE marking, maximum WLL, 3 main directions of pull, the batch number, type of material, thread size and other information deemed useful by the manufacturer).
It is very important that you have full confidence in your lifting eye bolts. Ask your usual supplier if theirs really do meet the DIN 580 standard.
